Scope of inspection
A home inspection by High Tide Home Inspections, LLC is a non-invasive visual examination of the readily accessible portions of the home, performed in accordance with the InterNACHI Standards of Practice. It is not a code inspection, an engineering report, or a guarantee against future failures.
Honor Guarantee
Standard home inspections by High Tide Home Inspections, LLC are backed by the $2,500 InterNACHI Honor Guarantee. Coverage terms and limitations are set by InterNACHI and are detailed at the time of booking.
Booking & cancellation
Inspections may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
Report deliverable
Reports are delivered electronically within 24 hours of the inspection. Reports remain available in your Spectora client portal indefinitely.
Payment
Payment is due at or before the time of the inspection unless otherwise arranged. Published prices are estimates that may vary with property size, age, and the specific services requested; final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.
Limitation of liability
An inspection reflects the condition of the readily accessible, visually observable systems of the home on the day of the inspection only. High Tide Home Inspections, LLC is not liable for latent or concealed defects, conditions that arise or change after the inspection, or items outside the agreed scope. Our liability is limited as set out in the inspection agreement you receive at the time of booking.
Third-party services
Scheduling, report delivery, and certain specialty inspections (such as sewer scope, septic, and WDO/termite) are provided through trusted third-party partners. Those services are subject to the partners' own terms, and High Tide Home Inspections, LLC is not responsible for their independent acts or omissions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from our services will be handled in accordance with the inspection agreement and applicable Florida law.
