Homes over 4,501 sq ft: call for pricing. New construction inspections start at $500. Condos start at $425. Commercial inspections are quoted on request. All inspections include a written narrative, full photo documentation, and a 24-hour report turnaround.

Wind Mitigation, 4-Point, Pool, Thermal Imaging, and Mold Testing can be performed on their own or added to a full home inspection. Wind Mitigation and 4-Point cost less when added to an inspection; the price shown is the on-its-own rate.
