What we collect
When you submit a form or book an inspection, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone, property address, and any details about the inspection you need. When you book online, our scheduling partner Spectora collects this same information.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, schedule and perform inspections, deliver your report, and follow up about your inspection. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties except as required to deliver our services (e.g., Spectora for scheduling and report delivery).
SMS messages
If you enter your phone number, you may receive SMS text messages from High Tide Home Inspections, LLC. Message frequency may vary. Standard data rates may apply. Reply "STOP" to unsubscribe from future messages, or reply "HELP" for assistance.
Cookies & analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand how visitors find and use our site. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. These analytics collect only aggregated, anonymized data (approximate location, device, browser, referrer, and pages viewed) and do not identify you personally.

Data retention
We keep the information you provide and your inspection records for as long as needed to deliver our services, support you after your inspection, and meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations. You may request deletion at any time using the contact details above, subject to records we are required to retain.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details above.
